Aspen Products Group, Inc. (APG) Aspen Products Group, Inc. is a recognized leader in utilizing liquid petroleum fuels at higher efficiency and with minimal environmental impact. Our products effectively reform petroleum based fuels into a hydrogen-rich gas usable in fuel cell systems. Other catalytic products include specialty rocket thrusters, diesel exhaust after treatment filters, and catalytic heaters for portable uses.

Aspen Thermal Division produces a number of products for harsh environments and severe service conditions. It produces miniature components for personal cooling systems, which are integrated with garments worn by the users. Its counterpart is a personal heating system to provide auxiliary heat to persons in cold environments. It also produces microclimate cooling and heating systems for cooling electronics. Aspen Thermal also designs and supplies thermoelectric fans, a unique air circulation fan that creates its own power from military space heaters.

Aspen Compressor, LLC (ACL) was created to manufacture miniature refrigeration compressors for microclimate cooling. ACL has focused on the niche compressor market of 150 to 1,000 watts capacity. The company has opened a modern automated manufacturing facility where it produces small rotary compressors. Aspen’s minicompressors have generated interest for use in portable coolers, small appliances, and several innovative products.

Aspen Aerogels, Inc. (AAI) is a global leader in aerogel technology. Aerogels are nanoporous lightweight materials that exhibit extraordinary thermal properties. Aerogels have the highest thermal insulation value, highest specific surface area, lowest density, lowest speed of sound, lowest refractive index, and lowest dielectric constant of all known solid materials. Aspen Aerogels manufactures a variety of products including aerogel powder, monolithic aerogel, vacuum insulated panels, preformed insulation, and flexible blanket.
